About the Founder

Deana Williams, native of Little Rock, AR wears many hats.  She is a proud mother, Author, Speaker, Transformational Life coach, entrepreneur, therapist, minister, mentor and advocate just to name a few.  She is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas.  Deana received her Honorary Doctorate of Divinity in 2014.

Born and raised in the south, Deana became an orphan and ward of the court by the age of twelve along with her five siblings.  After the death of her Father, uncertainty became the new normal.  Although many people stepped in to fill in the gaps, many voids remained, which rendered Deana vulnerable and at the mercy of many.  Most are happy that they survived their teen years, Deana is happy that she survived!  Deana survived various types of abuse including sexual abuse, molestation, incest, rape, domestic violence and has since become an advocate to empower men and women.

Deana has worked in the field of Physical Therapy for more than twenty six years, with multiple years in management.  She mastered being a good leader and boss; she had great staff retention!  If and when staff had to leave, they cried. Working in various skillsets, geriatrics remains her passion.  Deana feels that is it an honor and privilege to care for those who once cared for us.  Fighting for the best care and rights of our ever-aging parents, it is imperative that we all strive to make a difference.

When not working in therapy and being MOM, Deana has spent years building her speaking and coaching career. As a minister, ministering to congregations is somewhat second nature, you’re forever trying to make your Father proud. However, Deana found herself sharing her story and personal journey with others and they began to open up and share their long-held secrets.  Deana realized that she finally found her purpose; helping others!  Deana had longed for someone to listen or care as a teen and young adult but that never happened, so she knew the importance of having someone present and available.  Deana knew that opening these doors or pathways also needed direction and structure in effort to deter major breakdowns, she wanted everyone to have breakthroughs and break-outs!  This would empower people to no longer be victims, instead empower them to become victorious over their situations and circumstances.  Deana is committed to helping people, heal, forgive and move forward!

Deana became a certified Emotional Physical Therapy Life coach to coach others and continue healing herself.  Deana published her first book; Get M.O.V.E.D. ( Mapping Out Victory Each Day); Self Empowerment through Self Discovery which is a twelve week personal development book.  As a Amazon best seller, this book is intended to serve as a catalyst to help you move into your next season.
